The Belgian glass roof Anna Torfs uses unconventional glass cutting techniques to reveal how the object is made. The Double Bubble Solo has a sandblasted external «skin» with a vibrant contrasting centre. Carefully chosen shape and colours inform his art in glass, playing on the different angles that reflect and absorb light. As each piece is carefully manufactured by hand, the measurements and colours are approximate and may vary slightly as none are identical. The Double Bubble Solo is produced in editions and includes a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist and mentioning the edition number and the date of production.
