Refund policy
At Charles Virone Concept, we make every effort to meet your return needs. The product must be in its original condition, original packaging, and properly packaged within 14 days of being delivered. However, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total purchase price for your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and If an item does arrive damaged or is missing parts, please notify us immediately within 7 days of the delivery date by email at info@cvconcept.com, or by calling 514 326 7088, so that we may best serve you. Claims received after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If an item is not in like-new condition because of customer misuse or damage, we may refuse returns or exchanges. Please remember that furniture is susceptible to damage during shipping, so it's important to keep and use the original packaging materials if you plan to return an item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@cvconcept.com.
It's important to keep in mind that shipping and delivery fees to and from Charles Virone Concept are not eligible for a refund. Once we receive the returned item, we'll inspect it and then process any exchanges, credits, or refunds accordingly. Refunds for taxes will be given in compliance with the relevant laws.
Cancellations
